After meeting Evangelist Peter Nguyen in Topeka, Kansas, in April 2025, God opened the door for OTB Ministries to begin international mission work. This major step forward happened quickly when Peter invited Daniel Flagg to join a mission trip to Vietnam just a few months later. As the Lord continued to guide the team, the trip expanded to include Laos and Thailand as well. The mission team grew to four members, partnering with local churches to share the Gospel and minister throughout all three countries.

The Good News was received enthusiastically everywhere we went. From village churches and homes to street corners and local gatherings, we witnessed God moving powerfully as the Gospel was preached. In Vietnam, 77 people gave their lives to Christ and 22 were baptized. In Laos, 36 people responded to salvation invitations, and in Thailand, 64 people accepted Jesus as their Savior.

Beyond the salvations, we saw God demonstrate His love through many healings and answered prayers. One of the most memorable moments was praying for an 85-year-old woman who had been bent over at nearly a 90-degree angle for years. After prayer, she was able to stand nearly upright and walk with much greater freedom.

Another special highlight was Daniel’s opportunity to spend eight days serving at a Vietnamese orphanage. During his visit, he was given the honor of naming a five-day-old baby who had recently been adopted by the orphanage. He named the child Joshua, and today Joshua is a healthy and thriving little boy.

Like many who return from mission trips, our team came home saying, “It changed my life.” We are grateful for all that God accomplished and look forward with great expectation to returning in 2026 to see more lives transformed through the power of the Gospel.
